Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely in love with your selection, we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be in new condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.   

Items marked as final sale will be FINAL SALE.  No price adjustments for previously purchased items.

For your convenience, a return label will be included for any merchandise that was not to your satisfaction. The return shipping fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your total return.  

The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout.  Please allow up to 3 business days to process your refund upon reaching our headquarters. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. 

SKIRT is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
